Refund Policy

We believe our products must live up to your highest expectations, and our service must live up the quality of our products. If for any reason you need to return your order it’s easy. We offer a 30 day money back guarantee for all products. To obtain a refund your product must be UNOPENED and UNUSED. Unopened products, a 15% restocking fee is applied.

*Free bottles MUST be included with the return. If the free product(s) is returned with a broken safety seal, or not returned at all, the listed retail price will be used to adjust the refunded amount.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
If you do not receive your order within 12 working days after shipment inside the United Kingdom, we will issue you a full refund.

Return Instructions: Email us to request the Return Address. Please include your name AND order confirmation number on the package. Refunds are processed within 24-48 hours upon receipt of the return. You are notified via email when your refund has occurred. All returns are subject to Refund Policy. Please call us directly for more information regarding your individual refund.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY REFUND?
It can take up 3-5 working days for the refund to be reflected in your account, once we’ve issued it. 
Any inquiries regarding when the funds will be available back in your account, should be directed at your bank. 

WHY IS MY CARD BEING DECLINED?
If you receive a “Declined” message, please contact your credit card company. Only they can tell you why its being declined, we can not.

If your order is “Under Review” Or “Manual Verification Required“ in order for your purchase to be approved we may ask for further ID or proof of purchase. This is done via email or someone from our Customer Service may call you.

IS SALES TAX APPLIED?
No, the prices on the checkout page are final.
